Well, kind of. It just means your still almost to the last step as far as SB is concerned.
Keep in mind that their website updates every 5-15 minutes. I know I shouldn’t be saying that, as it’ll create more server load on them, lol. But the routing number is the last “step”, so to speak.

I have the red wheel, I used to have no wheel, it says fees taken but it says 0 for my deposit, it used to say my deposit was 2/26. Wth??

The issues with the website/phone are almost certainly due to glitches. From what I understand, as long as you, even once, saw your expected/received/paid amounts, you’re fine. Once it updates with your routing information, it’s 1-24 hours away.

Called SBTPG earlier today, pending deposit for 2/26. Called again 10 mins ago for shits and giggles and automated system says..we have no record of your return. Wait….what!!? Website says deposit sent 2/26. Call again and now it says sent via DD 2/26.

I almost wish I didn’t know about all these different ways to check on my refund, it’s makes it all worse.

I just talked to a representative with Sptpg and they told me the money was already been sent to my bank earlier today so I called my bank and they said them leaches didn’t send s**t!!! I’m so mad right now. It’s like everyone gets to finger f**k my money before I even get it. At this point I don’t know who has my money. Everyone claiming they don’t have it.

After a lengthy (over an hour) hold with TT, they are issuing me a refund for the $39.99 refund processing fee, they said I’ll receive a check in 4-8 weeks, so. At least they’re willing to do something.

TurboTax cannot issue anyone a refund because they are never sent money directly that has to do with our taxes except for the fees owed to them

SBTG system is having “technical difficulties” which is causing the delay. They don’t know when it will be functional again and says it can take 24-48 hrs before you receive your refund. This came from a SBTG representative after being on hold for hours. Never knew TT used a 3rd party until today. Essentially their system got overwhelmed with the amount of deposits and ppl checking their status that it crashed the system smh

Mine says it is deposit pending for 2/26 from the sbtpg…I do recall reading that they dont actually get it until the date we are supposed to, but the irs sends the info or something their way a day ahead so they can know or something..? On the IRS website, the meter hasn’t even shown that it’s been sent though? I’m so confused. -_-
