@Jessi B my husband had to deal with tax fraud two years in a row, absolutely a nightmare to deal with! My as of daye was 3/10 (same date as my 570 code) now it says 3/17. Either way, hoping it goes quick for us all.

Transcripts are finally available! Cycle code 0805, I’ve got the 570 code but that’s expected with the IS.

No transcript update for me so far, not that I truly expected different. Did y’all update this week?

@Phusky22 I filed IS from 2021-2023, 2024 (2023’s taxes) I did not file one. In 2021 we didn’t get ours until July but 2022 and 2023 we got our refund in less than a month. I’m expecting the full 11+ weeks this year.

We filed IS as well! I wish they gave more info than just random articles. I wonder if we can call and cancel the injured spouse? There has to be a way to avoid them processing those this year.

Very rarely will you see an update before 2 am. Sometimes you do but I’ve seen them as late as 12pm Friday. All just varies. Fingers crossed for everyone still waiting!!

I started a forum awhile ago but I dont think many people filed injured spouse this year. At least those with student loans. I filed one to be on the safe side bc regardless of what articles Ive read, the offset number still states I have an offset for my loans.

                      We filed 2/8
                      Accepted 2/10
Lost bars and TT 152 on WMR. Hoping for some kind of update tonight!

They hold the refund so the debt offset can get paid.

I heard at one point as well that they halted any collections on student loans, from the stimulus as well as refund. We filed one just to be on the safe side. I’m hoping if they aren’t doing offsets for student loans, they disregard the IS form and process as normal. It’s crazy to me that they take 11 weeks to process it when they could see it on their end who has the offset to begin with.

Still no update for us. I did try to check it an hour or so ago and it’s down for maintenance. Don’t expect to see a change, but it’s possible I guess. Our as if date changed to 3/09 but that’s it.

The top two transcripts remain N/A for us. The wage and income says “no return on file” and only stimulus info on the other. Our as of date is still 02/22

That happened to us and once we fixed it and resubmitted it, they accepted it two days later. Also check WMR to see if they accepted it or not. There have been a few people saying they never got the email or text of acceptance but showed 1 bar on WMR
