      Sent to my account on 2/27 and should be showingno later then March 4th. I come on here and read about the offset and called the number 3 hours ago and it said I was offset my full federal refund amount for 1 offset from the D.O.E but all my student loans show Closed as of Jan 2017 for student loans from Oct2008. I called the offset number again and it said I have no offsets. WTF is going on? Last debt I collected was from a cell phone company 3 months ago. That is showing on my credit report as DIVERSIFIED CONSULTNTS last updated 2/10 and says in the remarks PLACED FOR COLLECTIONS. Can someone please please tell me wtf is going on? I need this asap!
