So irs sent stimulus to tt bank SBTPG if you received the email then you will be receiving your refund DD (reissue)

Spoke with Bluebird…surprisingly got through quickly….anyway no pending deposit YET but she said it can take up to 48 hours for it to show and to follow up again tomorrow morning. (Apparently they are aware of the massive screw up as well) I also dont know that its accurate because they normally deposit stuff pretty quickly…gov’t payments maybe are done differently?

IRS tool not working – No Available – transcript date 1/4
IRS mistakenly set up random accounts for people that paid TT with their IRS return. It has been recognized, funds sent back to Treasury, TT rep said funds will be reissued to your EFT account within a few days, second round. per TT rep

So fyi in case you did not know…and this is for those of you still waiting, there are 23 BANKING systems down right now. Nothing to so with sbbtpg but the banks have been overrun and basically systems crashed. If you have not gotten your money..its going to be delayed.

Her exact words to me were…” It could be in 10 minutes, it could be in 1hour, it could be later tonight, or even tomorrow. It is whenever they accept the transfer (batches whatever), and that goes to what the csr told me from Bluebird, which was as soon as they see the transfer they will confirm/approve and it will deposit directly into your account. So its basically a waiting game. With a light at the end of the tunnel.

I spoke with a very very nice lady at sbbtpg and she actually looked and told me that my refund had been sent today to my bank (bluebird) she could not give me a time but she did tell me that once it is sent it is dependent on the receiving end as to when it is accepted and deposited into the account.
