I just called and spoke with a representative to check the status of my return as I submitted through H & R Block (have used them for the last 5 years) on the 1/26 and was accepted 1/30. Online checker states my return has been received and is still processing. He stated my refund had been released yesterday and takes 24 to 48 hours to hit my account. He did state the computer system is not updating correctly. I was worried something was wrong with my return so I just called to check on it. That may be a better option to those worried about a possible review or audit. But in all honesty I think the state just was overwhelmed with all the returns and not prepared properly. They are behind and it’s just taking a couple more days longer. We will get our money just a few days later. Hope everyone else gets there’s soon too.
