No I haven’t received another one and really hoping not. I got the 60 days then additional 60 days letter.
Hi everyone that’s left with us 570 and 971. I received 2 letters so far and my 120 days is up on 7/11. Only change I received since my 3/25/24 as of date. On Tuesday my as of date finally changed to 7/1/24. Is this good news that my as of date finally changed. Can someone please enlightened me? Also I filed on 1/26 and was accepted on 1/29. Yes SC congressman trying to help as well
No I haven’t I even filled out a form with congressman
@MT my 60 days are May 11 but the IRS will tell you it supposed to be 120 days. At this point I hope my congressman caseworker helps.

Good morning everyone. I’m I alone still waiting. Just checking to see if anything is happening for anyone. I did contact congressman last week. They ask to send my tax return with a physical signature. I’m not sure at this point but they seem to be making moves. I really hope to hear something soon. My car needs repairs. My as of date is still stuck on 3/25.
Hi I went online and found the federal agency form for South Carolina. I had to type my information then print it off and sign. I could of fax itr mail but I did both just do in case.

Good I also received an cp05 today online. My as of date is 3/25. This is starting to be so stressful. All my information is correct and I didn’t do a early retirement withdrawal. I have a 570 and 971. Filed and accepted 1/29 and was stuck since 2/16 after the path lifted
No updates for me with the 570 & 971 but I’m a weekly I only update on Fridays

No I didn’t take out my 401k , so I’m not sure what its really about.
My as of date is March 4 as well as my processing date March 4. I wish someone who went through this before give us some enlightenment.
Hi I’m apart of the 570 with 0.00 with the March 4 date as well . I guess this date is the date they supposed to solve the issue, which I don’t know what it is. I’m weekly so I only updates on Friday. Cycle code 20240605..I filed on 1/29 and accepted on 1/29. On Friday the 570 appeared. On WMR I have the delayed message. Only change I have is market place insurance. I hope this doesn’t take long.

Kiwi I think its Wednesday I updated on Wednesday last week, but my daughter didn’t she was accepted on 1/23 as well.
it’s safe to say they only update on Wednesday nights. My daughter has no update..

Mines just hit my chime card @ 12:22pm with an approval of 1/25. Status update still at 4of4.
@Still Waiting hopefully, the ones who haven’t gone to step 4 of 4 updates tonight or tomorrow night and the ones that have been approve either updates tonight or tomorrow. My daughter was accepted on 1/23 @ 8 and still on the generic message. Still trying to figure out if they only update one night this year. we will see tonight or tomorrow night.

Last year mine hit on a Tuesday as well around 11:53 am. My deposit date was that Wednesday, but I got it a day early on my chime card. I have hope for today since i was approve on 1/25 step 4 of 4. I will update here if it comes today.
Ok, this my scenario that I came up with. I’m assuming but I’m not sure this year they only update on Tues night and Wednesday night. Mine is still at 4of4 approval since Wed night with no date as of yet, and my daughter has the generic message. I too have the on-time process under returns. I was already approved so maybe tomorrow night. My daughter also has Credit in green in and balance in green as well.

No, I have not. I was approved with step 4 of 4 on 1/25 as well. Hopefully, soon with a date it was sent. last year it took mine 6 days. I’m confused on what days or night they update now. Is it just on Wednesdays? I guess we see in the next couple of days. I know previously it was every night.
@Miss integrity you are correct I found my notes from previous years. it was around the 6th day when i got my refund after being approve.
No update for my daughter last night. even though their site says they update every evening. My daughter and I was assuming as I stated before that they update on certain days this tax season and not every day anymore. We decided that we will keep checking every night to see the pattern of which night they actually update and keep notes for next year.
Yes, I was trying to find my notes because every year I write down my date I file, date accepted, date of approval, date of direct deposit from state site, and when it was received on my chime card. I’m thinking it posted a day before the state direct deposit date last year. I always use my chime card especially during tax time. I like the early deposits.
I’m not really sure how it works but my daughter amount on DORWAY is in green as well. I’m just wondering if they only update on WED, FRI. and MON now. I guess we will all see tonight. I’m approve already which was updated on Wed, but I will keep everyone updated with my daughter since she hasn’t update yet and filed 1/23 accepted 1/23 @ 8:00pm.

Sc state updates everyday around 10 pm Est or in some cases 9pm. my daughter was accepted 1/23 as well and no update. on her my dor way it still has the amount in green. Mine updated on 1/25 @10 pm. I was accepted on 1/23. mine moved pretty fast this year I filed 1/23 accepted 1/23 and updated to 4 of 4 approval. let’s keep each other updated.

On MyDor account my amount is in green. As stated, previously. filed 1/23 accepted 1/23. with the timeline usually updates starts 3 to 6 days from acceptance. i will keep posting my statuses here.

Hi, all my SC state filers. It’s that time again. I filed on today 1/23 no acceptance as of yet. Will return back when accepted to post on the timeline.
My daughter filed on 1/26 and was accepted 1/27. She still has the 6 to 8 weeks generic message, but her money amount is still green.

Right, I have been at 4 of 4 approval since 1/27. I was accepted on 1/26. Last year I updated with a deposit date on Monday night but my daughter updated on Wednesday night. Usually without flaws its normally an 8-to-10-day turnaround from acceptance which can change every year. I guess we will see.

@Kitty104 😂😂😂 I know what you mean I don’t even have a date yet hoping soon. If not tomorrow I know for sure Friday evening they are one of the ones deposit early.
Kitty104 you’re not bothering me at all. Normally they are with netspend amd they deposit early as well.
I already received my state refund but wanted to help the ones waiting. From my past experiences early cards holders that deposit early will get theirs Friday evening or Sunday night. The refund status should change overnight Friday into Saturday with Monday direct deposit date. This is only from experience so it may have changed since things change every year.

My state just deposit. Accepted 2-12. Approval 2-17 deposit today on chime card at 1:50pm

I’m thinking the same thing. I guess we will wait to see if we get an update tomorrow or overnight.
@kaci I understand. The process just blows your mind. Once I had got the 4of4 approval last year 5 days after I had my refund.
@kaci congratulations on your federal. I had an offset for state so it read an adjustment has been made with your refund. A letter has been mailed. With federal I’m weekly so I have to wait until Friday to see my transcript.
@Mek yes when it goes to 0.00 you will go to 4of4 approval soon. Last year it was a 8 to 9 day turn around.

I have both codes and nothing has changed for the last 12 years. Same job same dependants. I’m not understanding what is going on. I have contact a tax advocate but no call back as of yet. Anyone know what to do to make them move fast.
