Still waiting filed on 1/18 and accepted 01/22 filed IS form electronically with return. Cycle date 0405 first interest date was 02/11 but changed to 03/11 still on code 570. Been hung up on after 2 hours 45 mins waiting for an advocate, hung up on after 2 hours waiting for an IRS rep. Advocate says no letter issued and processing byt not DDD. I’m about to get hauled out an office but security if I get hung up on one more time after hours on hold. I don’t plan on calling again until after April 4th which is my 11 week since filing. Pray for me I’m too pretty for jail. I wouldn’t mind if the army didn’t surprise us with an unexpected move when we aren’t due for orders so I need taxes for deposits and first/last month ugh

Also advocate told me she is putting in the referral for an advocate but since we have an injured spouse claim they aren’t sure if they will accept it since its normally a 11 week processing time it’s only been 9 weeks so technically not at their normal allotted time frame. So maybe they will. She said their holds for an advocate are 3 hours!!!

Also I’m able to order transcripts, offset line shows no offsets, no letters show generated, no information other than processing. I filled 01/18/2019 was accepted on 01/22/2019. I recieved the state on the 16th of February so got that refund already. No federal though. Cycle date is 20190405 …interest date was 02/11/2019 but changed to 03/11/2019 when the first date passed

I’m right there with you, you. I called the IRS last week waited on hold to get a rep that transferred me to the automated service that of course was a dead end and I was disconnected. I called the national tax advocate number this morning waited on hold explained the situation and the valid hardship as to why we need their aid with our return ( military move) that we weren’t scheduled for or expecting. The army doesn’t cover deposits and 1st and last months, nor do they advance any expenses now with their new travel card program. So really need our return asap for this move. I was disconnected as well during my explanation. I’m now on hold once more waiting for an advocate. Something has got to give before I end up in a office cussing someone out and being removed by security lol. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t have to pay for a move.
