What i dont like is to feel like im a bad person or what ever @david @nana72 I SAID THE WHOLE THREAD WAS GETTING DEPRESSING how about rereading THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU i apologized to bella cause it wasnt aimed towards her it was a general statement but ill just keep quiet from now on cause JUST LIKE YOU SAID FREEDOM OF SPEECH i was free to say what ever i wanted saying that the thread went from an entertaining view to keep people at least more relaxed about their returns to a depressing load of mess ISNT DIRESPECTFUL ITS A FACT. (If you asked instead of jumping to conclusion you would of know the depressing statement was referring to NY STATE REFUNDS ON HOW EVERYONE IS STILL WAITING )thats why i told bella i should of worded it better What ever though everyone have a great one and i hope everyone gets a ddd soon i wont continue tp voice my opinion if everyone is welcomed to say things but when i say something i basically get attacked . 👌✌

@bella sorry if it came out that way cause its not about you its just now that i look down at the thread its really depressing . (not gonna lie the irs thing is kind of annoying and confusing)
I think alot of people on here are stressing others out .. Like we all need the money trust me i get it but damn … It use to be fun talking about how shitty “NY” is waiting on a update but alot of people up here are just making it sooo depressing now.
So confusing. . . Could of sworn this was for NY State Taxes ..and Not The Irs. . . big difference
It doesnt even matter when you file or when they accept NY is gonna give you YOUR money when THEY FEEL LIKE it.
@imdareasonwhy718 we are in the same boat i filed and was accepted on the 29th .. Except i went bacl to processing today let us all pray for a update we all want to see at least by tuesday
@snowhoho18 definitely i lost faith and since everyone said they got updated something told me just sign on again and little did i know so hopefully we all get that cha ching cha ching
@snowhoho18 it should mean a ddd within the next two weeks hopefully …. the further review isnt a pleasant experience
Omg omg i finally checked and it updated its back to processing HOPEFULLY I GET A DDD like you guys soon im over here loosing my mind. Fuck coffee where’s the henny (excuse my language)
What a load of. Fuckery they accepted my return on 1/29 and im still on further review im over it 😞👿

Over it accepted on the 30th still on the further … Yet my sister was accepted 02/01 and her ddd is 02/15
Hey everyone also the state doesnt go by first come first serve they go by random selections so it doesnt matter when you file if you get a further it just means the computer ran an error and a agent has to now manually look at your return and a thousand others .. The state also said that they wait on your w2s and information even though we already send stuff to prove our identity your job still has to send out those papers just a little insight to people who doesnt know 👌
@bella i think you’ll be getting your refund before alot others …. (If you were on the further and it switched over to processing again) i think that means you’re in the last stages your next update will be a ddd . . . mostly everyone whose on further review is going to go back to processing then shitty ny state is gonna reprocess them then after that they will provide a ddd out of no where to catch you off guard . im still on the further and im still waiting for them to put me on process again ..my cousin was on further just like alot of people here went bck to processing and already got a ddd

It has nothing to do with filing early .. @tam21 i filed the day after they officially started accepting returns and was accepted same day but been stuck on further forever ..
