@steph. So should I be concerned then?? My mom and sister filed at some time as me. My sister got her dd today. My mom changed to ddd of 2/10. I don’t get what’s going on!! Am I bring audited?? Seems like there’s a lot of other people in this boat??

Steph with the prisoner file. how do that go, im married to one never had problems before so now i guess im in that limbo. Im not filing him as a dependent.

**I TALKED TO SOMEONE AT IRS
Okay early filers.. I finally got through to someone from the IRS who has SOME info for us.
Her name was Ms. Cromwell, and while crabby, she still provided a little assistance.
I called and told her I’d received an offset code on WMR but when I called the offset line, it told me I didn’t have one.
Please note, that was a small white lie, but I knew that she’d actually look up my account.
I filed 1/28, accepted 1/29 and just one bar, TT152 and * by transcript with philly hub.
She said I didn’t have an offset (which I knew). She also said a few interesting things. Some make sense, some don’t.
She said that the test bunch was those who filed PRIOR to the last week in January. If you filed after the 24th, you aren’t part of the test group, but went into the random mix on the 31st.
FOR THE TEST BUNCH-There were errors with this bunch and the approval. Many of the test had to be put back through because of errors in the system. Rest assured, it was a system flaw, not you being under review. This explains the “re-batching” we are hearing about.
For those like myself who submitted but have no DDD or info besides a bar and tt152 on WMR, they just haven’t got to us yet. We aren’t under certain review, nor are we the test group. There’s really no explanation except that we haven’t been put through the approval system.
Bottom line is, calling will do you no good if your in the same boat as me.
We have no choice but to be patient.
She did say that there is a chance of getting DD’s with DDD’s BUT there’s no really explanation for this either, so please don’t count on it.
I just wanted to let all you one bar peeps know that everything is ok, we just are dealing with system delays.
Hope this helps rest a few minds. I wish this wisdom could pay your bills too :-/I want to add to my previous post, that last year I did not have any issues with my refund, it was the previous year that I had to pay back taxes to the IRS.

What does it mean if I cannot order my transcripts? I did owe the IRS about 3 years ago, but had the payments taken directly out of my account before the new tax season started. I was accepted 1/27, still one bar. I have called the hotline and they dont have any information for my return. Should I be worried?
I did my taxes on 1/27. Cannot order transcripts still. Stuck at one bar? Last year I did mine on 1/25 and Recieved 2/6! I’ve never owed anything that I know of! What’s going on?? I just want a dd date. And if I’m on the weekly cycle when will that upload?? Tonight?? @ steph
so i was hearing all this talk about memphis hub i cant view my transcript on line but then it hit me i remember seening memphis tn on my transcript from last year so i went all the way back to 2009 realize that from ive been feeling all my return have been going to memphis tn so theres the story of my life im in the memphis club…igot accepted 1-26-14 also im florida i had owed the irs last year and they took there money so that puts me in the weekly batch?
So I just called the hotline to get my transcript and it says it cannot find me for tax year 2013. Am I screwed? Will I not get a DDD this weekend??

Just bugged 3 IRS laddies, I’m trying to get to the bottom of this but the issue always comes down to the “processing hub”… they ALL tell me that as long as the hub has it and is sitting on it they cannot pull my info up to discuss any issues they state that till its processes I’m kind of stuck, 1 of them did say that come next week there gonna be pulling out all of the early filers per an email that they had received today, she says a lot of the early fillers were calling in regards to this exact issue.Also in regards to there Online Transcripts, they cannot assist with that matter as all 3 of them say they all say its still in development and is really glitchy were 1 day it will let you in then it decides your credentials are wrong… I Know it worked for me the very first time i logged into it cause I was able to see all my past years on Return Transcripts2013* -> 2008 also all Acct Transcripts were there as well bolded blue.—Long story short The system cannot identify me anymore and ive been locking my self out now for the last 4days in a roll

Wondering the same thing Billie. Hoping for an update this weekend. I think if I was accepted 1/28 that 2/13 would sound about right compared to last year (1/29 accept, 2/11 DD). Thoughts Steph?

I files the 28th an it says they got them an that’s it. I don’t no what is going on I know property the files.the same day or right after. An got there’s already

I am at my wits end here! Been following this website since the day I got accepted, Jan 27th. That day was on WMR, got TT152 on Jan 29th. Not a single bit of movement since. (initially filed Jan 21st)
I was able to check transcripts through Feb 2, (only having the * the whole time), and have not been able to even get into them since then. I get some error or another each time. When I was able to see them, the letter of non-filing came out of Memphis, of course.
We are being evicted next weekend, and relied on having this money by the 13th. I’m just feeling pretty down about all of this, and hope we have SOME sort of movement by this weekend.

Hey Steph, thanks for all of this important knowledge you are our tax refund anxiety counselor. My question is two part. First, I am part of the Memphis hub filed 1/17 accepted 1/29 through taxact but no ddd yet. Im still not available to order transcripts through the website and the transcripts was down earlier but now i am able to log back in but no change. Any thoughts on that? Secondly, last year I did have an offset which was paid out of my refund so would that make me a a weekly account? Thanks so much for the info!
@jesse49519 :same exact thing for me too for 2012. Accepted on 1/31/13 and didn’t get my refund until 2/13/13. I was thinking this I am repeating the same cycle as last year..

Steph if this turns out to be correct and verifies for me, I am buying you a virtual dinner! I must say this has definitely helped ease my mind. Last year I filed on 1-28 and received my refund Febuary 13th. Maybe this year duplicates! :) Kells, I pretty much did the same thing as you.
Ok, here is my situation. Accepted 1/26/14, claimed education credit, child tax credit and eitc. Still have one bar and tt152. Last year I was accepted on 1/31 and had my refund on 2/13. Is it safe to say that I am being processed under the weekly account. I did owe the IRS money in 2010 and 2011 for unreported earnings. I didn’t owe them any last and this year. Would it also be safe to say that my return should be updated tomorrow with a ddd of 2/13 on early sunday morning. Thanks for all the information too.

what should i expect… and what was the point of giving me a 2/10 DDD if they are gonna take the money?
thought i would be relived getting a DDD but if i dont get the refund all this was pointless
I was accepted on the 28th and I have had only one bar on the WMR since. No change on the hotline either. Cannot access my transcripts either. The WMR only says the generic 21 days and Tax Topic 152??????

First Come First Serve my ass!I filed with TT on 1/28, accepted 1/29 still on first bar with 152 topic at the bottom. I do have an offset for the first time ever, but have payment arrangement a while back. The offset is not non paid taxes, student loans, or child support. I was told that sometimes the offset won’t hit the first year, or be taken if payment arrangements have been made (which I don’t know how they would know that)….I cannot order transcripts and on my details with TT is says 2/5 succeded_agent or something like that….when will I know for sure that all of this waiting is due to an offset??? I have never had an offset before so just wanted to know what to look for on WMR. Also, if the offset is federal and not state, will they take my state refund?? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
I’m right here with yall but I don’t have any offsets and have not owed the its in 4 or 5 years now. Accepted 1/26 and nothing since still no transcripts either. Now about 2-3 years ago. Can’t remember when exactly. We got a letter in mid year stating we owed cause we forgot to turn in some income of my husband’s for a trucking company – a place my husband had never worked in his life!!!. Thing is it was someone with the same exacr first middle and last name at the local truck company and they used my husband’s social!!! (Years n years ago he had filled out an app there and I guess they still had it and thought it was the other guys ect. It was a mess of calling the company and their tax preparers ect. But we got it straightened out and got a letter from the irs saying it was satisfied and proven that it indeed was not really my husband. . Now @steph336 could something like that put me on a weekly thing to??

Called TT because when I logged in my acct was showing that I was accepted on 1/9. The lady I spoke with looked at my account and stated that the irs received my return on the 28th but did not accept it until the 30th so we may just have been pushed back and recycled for some reason like if there was a problem in memphis and philly,So I filed last year on 1/29. Received my DD on 2/11/2013. We lived overseas last year at a CMR address (but zip usually is out of NY…09139). Move back to the states this year. Had a W2 inquiry in 2011 from 2010 (resolved, no issue, just a mistake on employer’s part). Could I be in weekly?

@steph336 so I had an offset last year to payback a amended return I did so your saying that is the reason why we were put in a weekly account, and why does it take a week.
Thank you so much…I was worried..last year they offset my taxes for tax debt and student loans…they took everything…this year I still get a pretty decent refund but have had no progress on wmr…my state is being reviewed until they can verify withholdings and I was afraid the federal was going to get held up too…but this explains a lot. Thank you

Well nothing changed for me, I filed 1/22 and accepted 1/25 1 bar as well and haven’t called IRS yet… but I did pay off a tax debt last year so I wonder if I fit into that explanation.
MountainMan@8700ft: i am the same as Mtpockets Nothing new for me yet. Filed TT 1/25…accepted 1/28. Been one orange bar for 9 days ans transcript page still shows *2013 and N/A.
sharonmarie82: i had same issue here had my daughter on 12/24/13 added her as well. still no updates but didnt fall in weekly update besides this either perhaps
ok guys I was able to look at my account transcript and this time it was not empty…. my 846 refund date is the 24th but my cycle date is 201470603 meaning the year 2014 the 6th week of the month this week, the 3 day meaning wend. so my deposit date will be wend of next week.
I also found out that the wmr will not update with ddd dates until the last dd so when the dd’s for the 6th came then wmr updated for the 10th after the 10th wmr will update for the 12th and so on and so forth…

I filed with TT tax on 1/10 and was accepted per TT 1/24. The IRS says it was the 1/28. Whatever. I dont have a DDD. I only have one bar. I cant order transcripts. Im out the Philly Hub. I had an offset for serveral years in a row because I was dumb and enjoyed picking and choosing what income I wanted to report to the IRS. I was on the straights with them in 2012 and reported everything I was suppose to. Same for 2013. I called and I dont owe them and I have not offsets. I also dont have a DDD. Please help me shed some light into this dark tunnel I am in.
Also last year I received my refund on 2/7. I was accepted on 1/24.
mtpockets…….acoording to all info I have taken in you are in a little better position then the 1/24 like me….my date is going to come out on Sun for a ddd Feb 13th….you should get your dd the tenth….especially if your transcripts can viewed (before then) and see the refund code on it..barring any other return issues….

Thank you steph do you know what number I should call? I know this offset has been there for 5 years and they have never taken it out. This year the offset does not give me an amount when I call the number
I will also go along with this. My return last year was reduced to pay off the IRS for me undereporting my income the previous year! So I guess I’m stuck for 3 years lol.

I was accepted on January 24 and when I called the irs it says my return is processing. Ihave topic 152 and I can not print out any transcripts. Stephen, last year I had to wait the entire 21 days. I did have an offset in 2010. Would this hold up my return? Will I get a ddd of the 02/13, what do you think?
@steph336: does that mean they go over your return with a fine tooth comb or just a different hub for different situations? In March I got a tax bill for 400 bucks for a forgotten 10-99….thats why I am on weekly…..you nailed it!
Here is my question. I look at my transcript and I have 2013* Memphis hub under account tea apricot the page is basically blank except at the bottom it says 570 additional account information pending 02/03/2014 $.00. I was told here that I was pulled for review. I called the irs yesterday and was told it was an offset code. (Agree I have an offset) when I call the offset # it says there is one who it is but no amount. Is this the hold up? How long will it take does anyone think to figure this out? Any advice would be great.

I did both mine and my uncles on the 25 with tt and each got one bar on the 28. Sbbt has my money but he still has one bar. This is the first time in a while he has field and since my daughter was living with him for a whole i let him claim her she has never been on any ones return before. What should i tell him?
