It’s not really random. If you go to Metabanks website the link to myepstax is right on there for you to click.
I called and I didn’t even ask a question. The woman told me she can’t look anything up until after 21 days then hung up
I got the advance and had fees taken out. No update at all
I received the advance and had taxes taken out. I’m seeing so many people with TurboTax getting their refunds but no many people with HR
I tried to looks this my Metabank sends you to a address that is myepstax and it tells you to put in your social and zip. It didn’t work for me. It says they can’t be found. Let me know if it works for you

I just got off the phone with hr block my status has been pending this whole time. Turns out nys actually rejected it and it didn’t notify me. Something that the adjusted income is what’s kicking them all back it takes 5 seconds to fix. So if yours is still pending and you filed through hr maybe just just give them a call and see if that’s the issue too.
Still not accepted for me either. I’m seeing a lot of people accepted though.
My sisters fed is pending in her bank for Monday. And she claims both credits. And her state got accepted today as well through Turbo Tax still haven’t seen anyone with H&R that has state accepted
Still nothing from State. Still says pending. I got my state before my federal the past two years. Hopefully gets accepted this week.
I filed through H&R Block and they just told me that NYS isn’t even accepting returns yet. Which is obviously not true since some people on here have had theirs accepted. But pretty sad that they don’t even know what’s going on with NYS returns.
