      Called IRS today and after the rep looking into my account and her supervisor also looked they couldn’t figure out what the hold up was…They transferred me to the examination dept where a rude lady informed me that the EIC isn’t earned money it is more like a gift and it could be months until I see my refund so I finally opted to contact the tax advocate office….My TA is suppose to call me not later than the 22nd…I really hope they can help

        anybody under review get an update yet? As for me I haven’t…I did call the IRS today and was told it was being worked on and just give it time, but she wouldn’t tell me how much more time I needed to give it…Filed 1/23…Accepted 1/23 and still waiting

          @Phillip I believe that would be your refund amount and I am on day 65 since I filed
