Mine also just updated to 2/26. Checked at 3pm no update, checked at 330 and updated.

Filed 1/22, accepted 1/28, processing for a week, under review for 2-3 days and back to processing and now a DDD.

I was accepted on 1/26 and no DDD. I believe its everyone who was on further review and went back to processing. Maybe that is NYS version of resequencing.

NYS doesnt normally update overnight, they update during the day. I see most updates around 2-5pm EST

Guys, this is the same thing every year dont be surprised. You’ll go from processing, to further review, back to processing and then a DDD. Some people go from processing to DDD but the wait time is usually always the same.

I’ve noticed a recurring theme, the majority of the people having this issue all got there returns accepted on the 24th. I’m in the same boat as everyone else, accepted on the 24th and still processing.

I know two people who were accepted on the 25th and got a DDD of 2/9
