I got my 846 last night round 10 est with date of 2/25 I received it today about noon EST. I did them myself through taxact for free so I didn’t have the 5 day early with tt or any fees. I did use chime which advertised up to 6 days early.

I was weekly and path 0705 yesterday at 10 pm updated with 846 refund date of 2/25 got it today around 12 I did my taxes myself so I. Didn’t pay anything.

I had a DDD for 2-25 but it just deposited just now through chime.

I don’t have the 5 days early thing either.

I bank with Wells Fargo, DDD of 2/25, opted in for TT 5 days early. Was funded around 10:30am CST!

I’ve been a PATHER since it started but I update on Friday morning(Thursday going into Friday morning between 3am and 7am)..WMR will update Saturday for me. 0605 cycle code. Filed and accepted 1/27 fees taken from refund. JH has the 5 days early as well if you have your refund deposited to a serve card(which I do every year).

Yeah 0705 have updated but us that are 0605 have not. It’s ok though because I usually update on Friday (between 3am and 7am). I just got excited lol pushed the envelope and thought I’d update early too

0605 should update Friday night into Saturday. We are weeklies…we update on Fridays.

PATHer for 10yrs now…since becoming a PATHer I have always been weekly and always update the Friday after PATH lifts with a DDD for the following week and usually have my money by Wednesday.

Oh sorry, I see you were asking about filing with chime, I did not file with them but many people who did got theirs yesterday with ddd 2/24 so if I had to guess I would say you will get by tonight or tomorrow with ddd 2/25.

Lots of people with ddd of 2/24 got theirs yesterday and lots were through chime. So you definitely could receive yours today. I have ddd of 2/24 and I’m waiting on mine still, probably won’t be until midnight tonight. I had my fees paid through republic bank, they received it yesterday and sent to my chime account. Yeah WMR is still showing PATH topic 152 message. So I guess that’s a good thing? Instead of it saying it’s still being processed. I can’t see my transcripts until I can fix the accounts issues. And there’s no record for me on the sbtpg page either.

First time IS filler. I checked my transcripts recently and have a 570 pending further action. I’m a weekly, 20250705. I filed and was accepted on 1/30/25. My ass off date changed yesterday from 3/3 to 3/10/2025. Just to share what my account transcripts show. I’ll hopefully see more changes tonight going into Friday. If anything changes I’ll keep y’all updated.

Them holding it has nothing to do with being legally allowed because of fees being taken out, if that was the case, Intuit wouldn’t offer a refund loan. It has everything to do with the fact that they’re legally allowed to hold it until that date, and they profit from all of the interest collected

I have chime SBPTG was funded since the 14th and I got it on the exact ddd 2/20. At around 2;30 am ish. I was nervous because I never have my fees taken out and I’ve read all these horrible stories but thankfully I got it the day of with no issues. And I also never got a trace number either.

This year my DDD was 2/20. With Chime. SBTPG held my refund which had been funded since FRIDAY until 5am this morning. It usually came years past the day before. Not this time. So be prepared for it to come in on your exact date this year.

The PATH message is still there, because it will drop off Thursday into Friday updates. They haven’t finished our batch yet. Every year I watch all the 05s update before me. This one is the same. I am a weekly 05, I guess. Probably all of us who have the PATH message still showing are. Last year my DDD was 2/24 but I received 2/22 through my CU. My state follows the IRS, so my state won’t even update until the IRS does. So I am waiting on both.

05 can be daily or weekly, as far as I understand. That’s why we are seeing many of the 05s with a DDD or a DD already. I believe 0405 are actually a lot of weeklies. So I don’t think we will see anything until Thursday/Friday updates.

In my experience, they hold it until the day of. I usually get mine early morning between 1a-5a the day of. I’m hoping it drops this weekend though.

Typically, SBTPG will hold on to the funds until your direct deposit date. Since they are removing fees, they legally are not allowed to do so until the direct deposit date.

My personal experience has always been that between 11am and 5pm EST of your DDD seems to be the sweet spots to receive money from SBTPG.
