So I called to get my amended amount since they said they said it was changed, and the lady told me I was in the final stages of processing. It still says the same thing as before on WMR (amended amount with DDD) so I read her the message I have on the WMR that says the amount was amended but with a DDD and she didn’t know what was going on. Then she put me on hold to I guess try to see what was going on, but we got disconnected, and when I called back I kept getting a busy signal when trying to be transferred to a rep until they closed jut a minute ago. I’m so frustrated. What the hell is going on? Why would the system tell her I’m still in “final stages”?
@amuz I received the same update and DDD. I don’t have a tax bill though. So since I have a DDD, am I in the clear for audit?
@aaron and @indy From what I’ve been able to gather that means they’ll ask for additional info. Now I’m scared. I hope I don’t get that. I thought I was good when it changed to “final stages”.
Got the “90-day review” message. Ugh.
