      I received the same thing from Turbo Tax. If they dont receive their money by a certain time due to a refund delay they automatically take it out of your account. So I don’t believe it’s a good sign. They just want their money.

        I haven’t received a letter and there is nothing but blank on my account. No notices, nothing. And they can’t tell me anything but it could take up to 10 weeks.

          I am still waiting too. Filed 1/31. Called twice. First time was told I’m in the errors resolution department and I have to wait up to ten weeks. They said I may or may not get a letter. Then second time told they have my return and it is being processed could take up to ten weeks. There is nothing for me to do right now.

            Mine is the same thing. I went from PATH message to still processing refund date will be provided when one becomes available. I called them a couple days ago before I got this message and they said my return was in the errors resolution department. Can’t tell me why and I may get a letter asking for more info or I may not. Could take up to ten weeks.
