      Exact thing happened to us and we got our letter in the mail today to do IDVerify. Took only a few minutes to do online. The confirmation message said it would take 9 weeks to receive a refund… Hopefully that’s a huge overestimation to cover themselves.

        Did you file a joint return, by any chance? This happened to me. I filed joint, everything was working okay, then all of a sudden it said my information was incorrect. Tried it with Single, and it pulled up my status, but without bars, just that it’s being processed. Everything was good with my husband’s SSN.

        I called the IRS and they said it’s likely just a glitch, nothing looks out of place.
