      I called my tax preparer and the Irs. The IRS told me that that form went out because of the hold on funds that were finally released on Feb 16. They said that if there is a problem with a return such as an Audit or something else. It will be a completely different number on the top right corner of the letter. And because of this letter they are getting thousands of calls a day
