No I haven’t called. So doing it online isn’t a guarantee completed verification is what you’re saying? I’ve never had to verify before so I am lost honestly

Yes transcripts completely blank. I got letter for the id verification, i completed it online and got the message “it can take up to 9weeks…yada yada ” no transcripts are filled in and it is showing no return on file. Guess I’m waiting in line idk

I’m wondering the answer to this also. I got accepted 1/15 and received my letter today – completed the verification and got the generic ‘up to 9wks’ message also. I’ve never had to do this before so I have no idea

I filed 1/14 and accepted 1/15 eic and actc. I checked for transcripts close to end of January and there was nothing there. Curiously checked again end of last week and it’s showing that they need more info etc. Never had this before does anyone know how long it takes to receive letter from the IRS?
