I have netspend as well and tbh I do not think it will start depositing to this evening, it normally takes 9 to 12 hours to post once sbtpg sends funds in my experience.
3 to 4 days to update after verification.
Sorry I got time mixed up but they will start processing again tonight.
Spink tonight is possible, Ach starts back processing 5:30 est on a holiday. It’s on their website, and I actually got paid on the fourth of July around 9:30 that night.
