@rayman70 do you know about when they will be done? Ya girl is a graveyard worker, 11am (got off work at 7) and still haven’t been to sleep cause I’m waiting on this to update lmao and I gotta get up and ready for work in 9.5 hours.
Anyone know why the SBTPG website keeps glitching. When it initially loads it shows info it hadn’t before (cash advance) and then 10-15 seconds later it all disappeared and goes back to the same info as before. Is it just updating or what?
Tried logging into SBTPG and it took a second, but loaded eventually. When it loaded everything was blank and my tax advance was showing up and then all of a sudden everything went back to how it has been so idk anymore. I’m about done with taxes in freaking general.
@luvhippie and while SBTPG was open over the weekend they were not processing anything. Zip zilch nada. They opened back up at 6am PST. Or 8am EST.

Go thru the motions and after you’ve “listened” to your recent funding or whatever and it asks you to select 1 to go back to the main menu or two to speak to a live rep. PRESS 2.@hiloshark, again that’s where you are wrong. I just called SBTPG again and I have a ddd of 2/24. The lady stated that they received my actual refund, not just a notice on the 18th and that my fees are due to be processed on the 23rd and my refund will have an “effective date” of 2/24 which is my ddd. So go on somewhere else with your negativity please. You can’t tell me I’m wrong when I’m the one who called an got the info.

@hiloshark not true. Mine still is marked as unfounded but when I called and talked to a customer service rep they told me they have indeed received my refund. Yesterday was a holiday people. Even if they were open they weren’t processing anything and neither were any of our banks. If those of use with a 2/24 DDD don’t see it by mid/late today, then we won’t see it till the 24th. Oh well.
2:55 am here and nothing yet. Bank with chime and having to deal with SBTPG for fees. Anyone have a clue when we might see it
Just like you I’m still waiting. DDD of 2/24, having fees taken out so unfortunately dealing with SBTPG. Called yesterday and they said that they had received it but I haven’t gotten anything yet. 1:03am here in MO.
Called earlier today and they said they had my refund but still nothing yet. Bank with chime, had fees taken out. Really hoping for tomorrow.
We are all in the same boat and I doubt we won’t see our money until the 24th/25th. They probably won’t even send the $ to Chime until the 24th knowing them. But hopefully ur right.
They said as soon as they process fees they send the money to my bank. So I feel like I may see it tomorrow. But who knows. If not, it’ll be here Thursday, which coincidentally is payday as well for me so I’m not made either way.

Accepted sometime between then and the 12th, wmr updated the 19th with a ddd of 2/24, bank with chimeThey have received my refund and they said it’s due to go out the 24th. But I’m pretty sure I’ll be seeing it tomorrow sometime because I always get my paycheck as soon as payroll releases it to my bank (I’ll get my pay stub in my email and 5-6 hours later my money hits).
I’m in a bit of a pickle myself.

Accepted 2/9/2021 (or the 12th according to the irs.
Had one bar till the 24th. WMR hasn’t updated for me in almost 2 weeks. No letter received, tt152 still shows. Filed with TT, got the advance and fees taken out. SBTPG hasn’t updated yet if they have received my funds or not. Claimed EITc, CTC and the stimulus credit. Wtf IRS
