      Myftb showed “We are unable to provide your refund status online using the information you provided.” message every day until this morning.
      Like another user said , it was already issued by the time I could track it. Will update once received by DD to NFCU.

        @bnlav were you able to see it say processing before it said issued? I was accepted 1/23 but mine still says can’t be found

          Called again and spoke to someone much more helpful who said he could see that my return was being worked on and that I should *hopefully* see it within the week. FINGERS CROSSED!

            Filed 1/17 (with Turbotax)
            Accepted 1/23
            No DDD , still processing with 1-month message
            Spoke to an agent today who said it would be 2 weeks after the 23rd for processing :(
            Anyone else here this?
            Hopefully those of us with a 1/23 accepted date will get ours soon!!
