Anyone else having trouble?? Everytime I log into the advance child tax credit portal to check my payment status and try to add/update my info, it gives me the message “Welcome Taxpayer” instead of having my name at the top, and then below it I have the message “ Advance Child Tax Credit Payments Is Unavailable at This Time.
We’re unable to retrieve your information due to a service error. Check back later.” I have checked over and over again for two weeks!
