      I checked my taxes, and it still shows manual review. I created an account and logged in, it shows my balance as $700 (my refund according to tax act was $575, so there’s a difference of $125, so I assume Kicker??) I printed my Tax Act Oregon taxes and I didn’t have anything in the kicker fields so I bet that’s what got me kicked into Manual Review. Now the waiting game as to when they’ll deposit into my account.

        I filed on 2-2 and went to check my refund status today with Oregon and I too have the manual review verbage. I know they got a new computer system last year, and it’s causing a TON of issues. I wonder if that’s not part of the issue this/last year? – I forgot to take my stupid kicker check rebate so I’m sure that’s part of my “problem”.
