The same thing happened to someone else on here yesterday, they called and were told everything was fine, and then they checked the status later and I says a letter was sent out to complete verification. I wonder what is triggering this when someone calls.@Kara

When is zeros out , the release is triggered, so if you have a prepaid card, you funds could be on there anytime. If not, you will wake up to your DD date.@Kara

That’s so strange, well hopefully it’s a quick process for you. I wonder what she did to make it trigger a further review.Usually when you verify over the phone, they release the refund sans you zero out the next day, but for some reason your phone verification triggered further review, I have no clue why! Did any of your information change from last year?
No, have you called them, also have you checked your letters and correspondence on the Ga Dor site

It could still update today, I’ve gotten zeros around 2 pm before so keep checking. I did by boyfriend’s taxes within minutes of mine and his is still green also. So hopefully soon!Yay!! Finally black zeros! That mean I will probably get mine today since I always get mine on the day it zeros out because I have Netspend.

I know right lol. Hopefully we have some type of movement overnight. I don’t think anyone has gotten any movement from Georgia yet, besides having the amount in green.

I checked mine also and it said processed as of 01/31.Same here still in green, but it usually zeros out pretty quick for me, within a few days.
@Kara, it Definitely sounds like a deposit pre authorization, I’m not sure for state or federal though!!
@ Bobbo, from what I’ve seen, once the amount goes black, the following day I receive a DDD. So if tomorrow the amount goes black, expect to see a DDD on Thursday, with a deposit date of maybe Monday but I have a prepaid card so I always receive my state deposit on the exact day the amount goes black.
From what I’ve experienced , in past years when my amount showed up in green, a couple days later the amount would turn to black 0s which meant the refund was sent.
