I called 92 times back to back until I finally reached a live person. I e-filed 1/30 was accepted 2/12. Since 3/1 i have maintained no bars with a still processing message with tt152. The guy said many people that e-filed early received an unknown error (he couldn’t tell me what the error was) and wrongfully sent to an error processing department. He said they are processing these refunds out of this department as quickly as possible and I can expect a refund anywhere between 1-10 weeks.
