For those still waiting hang in there and I would suggest reaching out to tax advocate if you haven’t already! 10 days after I sent them the paperwork they needed I got a 846.

Same thing I spoke with the tax advocate last week and they said that my 1099 that I reported they hadn’t received from the company that I had my retirement with. That’s why I am under a 60 day review which is bullshit.

Talked to an irs advocate tonight and found out that I was put into review because the 1099 that I submitted from a 401k withdrawal this year the irs has not received one on there end prior to the initial 21 days to process the return!! So they told me all I can do now is wait!! Thanks Nationwide Retirement!!

570 last week and now 971 this week, fuck the irs!! Work my ass off and pay taxes and this is repayment??

Same here, filed 2/1 accepted within 10 mins. Hr block, EIC and ACTC pather. Top two transcripts blank bottom two no return filed. Called treasury offset yesterday to find out I have an offset from state of Indiana but already got state refund last week so I’m confused???
