      BREAKING NEWS: I have an offset this year and I just called the offset phone number 800-304-3107 and it said that my offset has been paid in the amount of $ on February 22, 2017. So it looks like Next wednesday DDD will be sent out. I have both credits, filed 28th, accepted 31st, had the path message sine 2/4/2017, this morning WMR updated and I no longer had the path message and had processing message. Hope this helps anyone.
