I just went back on prior postings on the Facebook page for igmr and it shows the first updates to the 2nd bar and ddd was on Jan 28th which was a Wednesday with DDD on Jan 30th. Also the later updates seemed to show WMR updated on Wednesday early morning with 2nd bar.
If the same holds true then the next WMR update will be early Wednesday with a DDD of Friday 1/29.

Just E-filed. Accepted immediately through TA! Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly and I have my refund within the 21 day time frame like a normal person! Lol Last year I had to wait until late May due to an error. Now it’s time to download the pizza tracker!

Ok guys if we all are filing taxes then we are all adults in here with jobs…….. Ok so let’s stop the crap……… :) thanks………… no for us all in our situation…… I’ve done alot of research on here and I will tell you what will happend. Ok so first this is only for the ones who filed early. If it says you was accepted before the 19th then the 2nd bar saying refund approved will be on 2/5/16 or 2/6/16………. then on from there we will receive our ddd in bank on 2/11/16. That will then be the third bar. That’s how it will work for us. Go to tax America USA and it will explain it for the early batch this year. What sucks is the 19th and on that got accepted will get theirs before us early filers……. they say that fraud happens more with early filers so they are taking a extra week with ours this year being early filers……… so this sucks but at least now we know.
Accepted on 1/14, still unable to find my return online… I’m worried.
@amie Yes, on the bars. But in previous years, there were bars. And below where it gives you the 21 day message, that’s where it will tell you when to expect your refund by and if by another date and you still haven’t received it to call them.
Finally got an update on FTB as well! 3 days after received, was beginning to get worried!
Update: Return Finally shows up online. Not DD date though Shows Submitted 1/18

Topic 152 (Refund Information)
Nothing further.I was accepted both state and fed on the 11th. Checked this morning and my oregon return is under manual review. Not sure why that would be we have claimed the same kids and jobs for the past 6 years. This sucks.
@Nara, no bars, just the Tax Topic 152. No change. I’m hoping if I’m under random review it’s resolved quickly. My return and refund are consistent with the last several years so hopefully I get an update soon. I try not to count on my refund but this year I NEED it lol
That’s right as my family member said things has change this year. So when the bar moves is one of them,as we already know nobody bar moved today. So as other said it will be Monday and Friday,so just one more day we will all see the difference in the bar moving.

How do you all feel about TA Alerts? When after you finish your taxes they go back through them and recheck for anything missed? Do you go back and review after or trust their system? I ignored a red alert last year (assuming it was a glitch because I couldn’t find anything wrong) and my taxes were delayed until May.
This year I’m all clear but still nervous. I don’t want a flashback of last year. I’m unemployed this year so I REALLY need my refund ASAP!
The schedules are pretty much the same every year. That’s all we are trying to say. So don’t get pissy when someone has a differing opinion or has evidence to back up what they have to say. If you wanna prove your point then post a link yourself.
I got accepted on a Monday so if they only update on Sunday’s, Wednesday’s, Friday’s then what is your logic there? Also I’m pretty sure they started accepting them on the 19th which was a Tuesday. Pretty sure the irs does whatever they want to do. DDD will be on the 29th or sooner.
Any Georgia residents receive ddd’s for their state
Hey I filed early like the 11th or 12th and got accepted on 1/19 got an email for hr block and then wmr updated immediately. 1 bar accepted and generic message. I took a look at last year. I got accepted the day they opened for filing and my ddd was the 30th. Wmr didn’t update for me until after they had sent my money that Wednesday before my ddd. I got a text from my tax site saying it was sent. But alas the prepaid card I use held the funds until friday. This year they are advertising early dd for payroll so I’m hoping it goes for tax returns also. I have always filed online and early for the past 12 years and always have had a ddd within 10 days of acceptance except once 4 or 5 years ago I think it was there was a glitch in the system and I still had it within 3 weeks. Even if someone says they are approved with a ddd. There is no need to get hostile over it. I’m sure that’s exactly what they are trying to make people do if they are lying. Don’t give them what they want. Then there are the people telling us to manage our money better don’t depend on tax returns blah blah. I have kids and live in maine and don’t make alot. So ya. Hope everything goes smooth for all the NON mean vicious people!
I filed my tax on the 16th of Jan, it got accepted on the 19th. Nothing has changed on WMR! Should I be worried or just be patient and wait?
