Me too. First year to get refund by mail check. I was asking for direct deposit but get check instead. Do not know why. Refund will mail on Feb 26. I wonder how long does it take to actually received it. Any idea?
I filed my tax with FTB website on 1/21/2018 and I waited for long time before I call them at (916) 845-7088 on 2/6/2018. It took the call to solved the issue with ID verified. Today with refund issue date 2/7/2018. Please call this number if your return has been awhile since your filed.

I got the email from credit karma yesterday around 1:00pm it said my tax return accepted by IRS and this morning it shows 1 bar at WMR. They just transmitted yesterday morning I guess. It take time for IRS to process. Hang in there. you be fine.

The last time I saw it in Help Center but now it available in email only (not chat icon no more available). I will wait to 3 more days before I contact them again.

As of 1/29 morning, I haven’t get any email from credit-karma nor IRS to inform as yet. Hopefully soon.. hang in there.

Please proved it that your tax return had been accepted. Do you work for credit karma by any chance? I posted on this website to inform future tax filers.
I chat with credit karma rep. He said all return will put on their server and will be transmit on 1/29. I filed with them on 1/21 and wait and wait to get accepted from IRS but nothing happen because they did not transmit it. I will not use them again even though they are free.
For those who filed their tax return with “Credit Karma” will wait until 1/29. Your tax return will not transmit until then.
