Call (916) 845-7088 press 2. Ask the representative to review your return. I had to fax in information and within 2 days I called back to the same number and the rep “pushed through” my tax return and CA FTB refund site updated to “refund issued” around 11:30pm the same day.

This morning my CA FTB refund updated to issued 02/19.

I have a local credit union and funds not available yet, but I’m sure they’ll be deposited next week.

Same with me. I was approved 01/29/2020 and have all 3 checks but no deposit yet. Hopefully Monday. I have a credit union.

I filed with freetaxusa on 01/19/2020. CA return was accepted around 6pm pacific on 01/28/2020. All day today my information was not being recognized on the FTB refund page. I checked moments ago and I have all 3 checks and the message that my refund was authorized on 01/29/2020.
