I have the turbo card so I have to go through tpg first. This is the most glitchy site I have ever dealt with in my life. This is my first year with this card and the ONLY reason I got it was because TT told me I was eligible for the advance all the way up until i actually hit submit(file). I recieved an email that I was not eligible about 10 mins after I submitted my return.

Make sure you checked both options 1 and 2. 1 is for business debts and 2 is for personal (student loans, child support, unemployment). Also I have seen a few people say that fees for tax prep may trigger that code on WMR. However, I do not know how true that is. Oh, and the offset line does not show federal tax debt so if there is nothing on the offset line on both options it may be that.

That number is just hanging up. Ive sat through it all twice. It says we havent received your refund and then some more and then it hangs up.

Yeah i didnt know if an offset would push my date out since it says payment wont be made until my DDD. I have the TurboTax Card.

I cant see transcripts so no idea if I have an update on them. I have an offset on my return for a partial amount. Will this delay my DDD at all? I have no idea how this works as I wasnt even aware of said offset before Tuesday.

Alright, I have a story…. I called TurboTax earlier today to see if they had an update on anything. Anyways, I ask him if they have an update for those of us affected by the PATH act…. THIS MAN SAYS “The what act? Path? What is that” like sir you work for a tax prep agency what do you mean?! Thought i would give you guys a laugh too.

So i have an offset too. How did you get the when it has to be paid by date? The automated system will only tell me who its for and the number for them. I called a number i found online to talk to an actual person and she was rude as hell and said they dont do that in her dept.

So update i was able to contact a sup with my loan servicer who made a compromise agreement. They are supposed to be sending info to the treasury to have the amount deducted from my return and then it is GONEE!!! Of course i would prefer they take none but this was they are only taking 2k instead of the whole thing 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Update: The IRS says they see no offset…. i am so confused.

Finally able to get transcripts after searching forever for a student loan acct #. I have a cycle code of 20200503. What does this mean??
