      accepted 1/25, issued 2/3 still no DD, I use the HR Emerald card..Ive never waited this long for my state return in prior years

        filed 1/5, received 1/25. called the 916# this morning, spoke to a lovely lady that said everything looked great and pushed my refund through. She did say I should have it deposited within 4 weeks :S hopefully it is quicker than that. Previous years I already had state by now.
