      Thought I’d share. So I know I owe the state from last year. They have been sending me letters, but I knew this year’s return would cover it. I filed on 02/05 and the amount in green is the amount due to me after they take out what I owe. I’ve seen no other movement and wasn’t too angry since I knew I owed I just figured it would take longer.

      Well this morning I get a notice of a letter. The letter is informing me the amount I owe from last year just went up because they assessed more interest. So it’s like they haven’t even touched my return that I filed on 02/05. Getting super frustrated with this.
