they finally uploaded my documents and the representative said they are processing my refund it can take up to four weeks but maybe a little earlier if I have direct deposit but I do have an offset so my refund amount will be lower then expected.
one hurdle jump now this waiting process of actually when it be deposit.
just received this so-called ghost letter in the mail today, and it was dated last month.
the odd part the documents requested is half of what the agent told me on the phone that was needed.
I’m being audit based on randomly-selected.ID, w2s from all employers and last paycheck stubs from all. I worked about 3 jobs last year.
(Hold up for me) there’s no way I’m going to get every last paycheck stub from all employers. if I can’t find them in my house.Ridiculous is right, @Stek00
a little crazy on the tax franchise department, they requested so many households to fax over documents or Mail.
They should start pushing people through with the refund, people are in need.
I called multiple times and they still haven’t uploaded my faxed over documents. And nobody offered to push it through. Also I Neve received the letter but was told by an agent what is needed, ID my Social security card W2 and stubs kids information address mail.
Lots of unnecessary documents my income is low for a working mom.
Still waiting.. and nothing
