Try (877) 777-4778 press 1 and then 1 again.

I feel like they give people an extended timeframe so they don’t call back. When I called was told to wait 8 weeks from 3/7 but saw ddd today via transcript.

So about 5 weeks total (usually takes 2-3 weeks)
