I got a DDD exactly one week after my advocate submitted for a release.
Was under 45 review starting 3/11.
My DDD is 3/13.

So guys I can’t check my transcript online so I decided to call the advocate line and ask for any updates on my account.
When I called Wednesday there had been no updates.
I was placed on hold for about 3 minutes.
When the lady came back to the call she told me my return was approved for the full expected amount and I have a DDD for 3/13!
I’m so happy guys!
So it has been exactly one week since my tax advocate submitted a release to the irs for my return.

Get an advocate.I faxed my info to a local tax advocate office in my state.
Then I called the national tax advocate line and was told I was assigned a case worker and was given her contact info.
I’ve called her a ton of times.
I have yet to speak with her directly.
Called the national advocate line back and was told my advocate submitted a release of my return.
Just trying to see how long does it take after that to get a DDD.
I’m a weekly.
My cycle code is 20190605.
My WMR is still on “We have received your tax return and it is being processed.”
I’ve received my tax refund via direct deposit the past two years without an update from WMR until after I had my money.

I have an advocate for code 570 and 971 as well.

When did you speak to your advocate?
I’m in the same boat as you.
Hoping everything updates Saturday.
Everyone there is an app called Lenmo that you can request any loan amount for.
I did a $300 loan and have to pay back $328.
My loan is for 30 days.
It’s through your bank account.

I got a nasty rude lady she hung up in my face.
Called back and got a sweet lady who was really helpful.
They assigned me a case worker and she gave me all her info.
She let me know I will be getting contacted by Wednesday by my case worker.
Hoping to get this resolved, I am a weekly so if all goes well I should have a date on WMR Saturday (3/2) and get my DD Wednesday (3/6).

I submitted my info to 2 different Tax Advocates in my state over the weekend. Called the Tax Advocate hotline and got chewed out by the nastiest lady on the planet, but was told my case is being assigned to a case worker. I was praying to get my refund on the 27th with everyone else but I doubt it, so I’m hoping I get a WMR refund update on Saturday and DD the following Wednesday. I’m a weekly. I will be homeless if I have to wait 45 days. I’ve already taken out a $300 loan just to hold me over which is due to be drafted from my account before they my 45 days even starts.
Anyone with 2/25 processing date have any changes on transcript today?

Has anyone with codes 570 and 971 (CP0005) on their transcript got their problem solved and received a DDD? If so, can you please post your dates? Including processing date?

That sound about right.
But I don’t have a W2.
I’m self employed.
I do believe it’s an error with wages because my expected refund amount is over when I add all the numbers up on my transcript. And at the top of my transcript it says I owe the exact amount that I calculated overage.

My number is 1,554.
So I owe them that?
All my other numbers are 0 and negative.
When I add the amounts they are 1,554 over my expected refund so maybe I made a mistake somewhere when I filed.
I’m trying to figure out is that why I have the 570 and 971 codes to begin with?
I wish they just take the money and issue me the remaining balance.
I called two advocates and they are closed on the weekend.
I faxed them all my stuff so they can have it and be addressing the issue come Monday.

Since it’s been over 21 days I called the IRS 2/22 and was told they have my refund and it’s under review could be 45 days.
I can’t get my transcript online because I have a prepaid phone service but I was able to get my transcript faxed and I have codes
150, 766, 766, 768, 570, 971.766, 766, 768: 04/15/19
570: 03/14/19
971: 03/11/19Processing Date 02/25/19
This same exact thing happened to me 2 years ago and I received my refund 58 days from the day I was accepted by the IRS without a WMR update.
Money was just on my card.
I had and still have the same 5/3 Bank Acct.
I just do not have the funds this year to wait that long.
