I can’t get my info from SBTPG at all: I put my info in then after 1ish minutes a box pops up saying the IRS updates are processing and the site is super slowed down. Then you click ok and all the boxes where my info was are blank again.

Usually you need to have a letter. I had a letter 488C mailed out, It had a control number on it, They did not ask me for the control number. On FB, some are saying if they got a nice enough rep, then they would still verify without a letter. But you should call to see if you even need to verify in the first place. There could be other factors that are holding up your refund too. Has it been 21 days?

If they will send you a check, you will owe the tax preparer the fees. So make sure you connect with them when you get your check! But if you want to make sure I would chat with support on that exact tax preparer you used.

As of 10:30am eastern time my SBTPG says funded. A little trick I learned from the last years, log into your SBTPG and wait for a few minutes it’s going to say unfunded first and then wait and it’ll updated alone to funded.

Just let the site load takes a few minutes but it will load. They just have everyone logging in at once. Took me like 5 mins to see mines change starts at unfunded and then it slowly changes.

I had to ID verify. They told me I would receive a paper check and no direct deposit. Had an advance and fees taken out. Will the IRS send the advance payment to the bank that gave the advance anyone know? I don’t want the headache of having to do that!

I used taxact, chime, had fees taken out, and ddd of 2/23. just checked and republic bank finally shows that its funded, now just need it released to my bank

Finally was able to get through on sbtpg but had to wait for everything to load. DDD 2/23, funded! Now to wait to see pending deposit in my account 🙂

The site DOES load but you have to be patient. After you input info, wait for captcha. After you hit captcha wait for button to turn blue then hit it asap so the captcha doesn’t time out. Once it loads it will likely say unknown so wait several mins for it to refresh

Did you call? You probably need to verify your return, not ID me, it is a identity theft issue that random people got pulled and you have to have a control number and a letter. some did not get sent out so you have to call to get one. i had “still being processed” i filed on 1/24
