They were closed in April, and the people who take the mail just got back in.

This is tax advocate number, they can see what everyone else can see. The first I talked to was a POS and not helpful.@Rylee83
I believe it is supposed to be finally processed. There wasn’t much in the notes and because it hasn’t been processed the lady couldn’t see my return. I will call again on Monday if there hasn’t been any updates with my transcript.
On a side note, the department that sends out letters is not back.
Spoke with someone at the IRS and I was told that they mine was still processing, but they were working on it within the next 10 days.

I have similar issue. Filed 2/14 faxed 3/19 and with people working from home, I don’t know when they will get the faxed documents uploaded into the system for processing.
