Part 2of 2 My last two years was credit karma. And I always received closer to 5pm EST. But if there is no trace number it hasn’t been marked as sent . (The first date that you see on SBTPG is the day you will be almost guaranteed receive by (which is one day before you DDD)

Part 1of2 : Just a heads up . The last two years SBTPG did not do the processing of the checks actually being sent until between 2:30pm to 430pm PST. That was when the ACH trace # appeared. After that it could take up to 1-2 hours to receive depending on your bank .

long story short . i filed february 8th because when i filed early which i always do i be last to get my refund MAy 22nd last year taxes smh. so i was accepted same day . since then it’s shows transcript blank with no return filed . on irs account that says documents my 1099 from one job already there . on the monday after path my w2 from other job updated onto site transcript still blank as of date 03/03 . one FRIDAY UPDATE 9am it changed to as of date 3/10 but still blank. i don’t kno why i checked again at 9 pm friday night but when i did my 1099 had DISAPPEARED?????? what’s going on ?????

Yes This year there are delays with IRS picking up the returns from many companies such as freetaxusa, turbotax.

They send them immediately but IRS has to pick them up and it takes some time this year

I filed yesterday 2/21 and mine still hasn’t been accepted which is highly unusual from past experience. I did free file this year with freetaxUSA and already had an account at freetaxUSA from last year so that could be the problem. Im not sure they have even transmitted it yet.

@Floridafinest4747 They definitely already have received my funds or I wouldn’t have a trace number. You receive a trace number when they disburse your funds to your account. That’s an ACH trace #.

Same Chris, my wife’s SBTG account says funded as of yesterday for a DD on the 26th. I paid my fees upfront to avoid the wait they put us through every year , but this year they are on top of it , it appears !!

not normally. the ach system does not operate on weekends or federal holidays(this is why you get deposits early, or with some banks late on federal holidays)

sbtpg saying funded this early is out of the ordinary, usually they don’t apply the funds and say funded until the DDD day even when they do get the notification. in 10 years this is the first year for me they have showed funded not only on a saturday but showing it 5 days before the scheduled day.

I also filed 2/12, transcripts are blank with an as of 3/10, it had a cycle code of 0805 that has now disappeared. Maybe we will have an update this Friday.

Same here. First time i opted for 5 days advance. I went to SBTG and there is no record. So I went to TT app and it said they refunded the 5 day early fee. So.. I guess I will have to wait on 2/26 to see if I get my deposit on time.

DD 2/25 now. Looked at last year and got it on the DD date.

I called 877-423-6711 and chose fraud/special investigations. Told her I had an identification letter a few years ago and it seems I have to call every year now. Asked refund amount, filing status and ssn.

She didn’t say she was processing it but put me on hold about 3 minutes, came back and said everything looked good and give it 10 days.

I amended my return last year and from what it looks like every update I’ve received was from last years return. Has anyone ever had this happen where the current return does not update? I had one big up date last weekend all good codes but no 846, the rest of the updates are only for my last year return that I amended. Will there be any hold codes for the new year bc of this?

If you have an offset showing on the hotline, they will take it. The offset doesn’t show on your transcript until later.

I’ve been trying to figure out the process as well. My ddd is 2/24 I signed up for the 5 day early bull crap and it was cancelled idk why. No one has a clear answer for anything. I know who ppl who had feeds deducted from their refund and got their money with the 5 day option.

So I got my 846 code with full amount that I filed for DDD 2/26 and I got a letter from Ohio State Attorney General stating that I owe but I have never owed anything. Call offset number shows I have 2 offsets transcript says no codes for offset but WMR does. Will they take it out next year or this year? No offset code on transcript

Can someone explain what’s going on with Cross river? Is there a way to track it? I have a ddd of 2/26 but typically would have received it on chime earlier. I used tt and did the 5 day thing (regrettably). Now it says it was denied for the 5 days. SBTG has no record. What’s going on?

I wish I know how to upload the info. My daughter used turbo tax and opted for the 5 day option and paid turbo fees with her refund. She used navy federal and her money was deposited on 2/19 her original date was 2/24 like mines

I don’t know if I agree with that my oldest sister and daughter both had fees taken out and opted for the 5 day and used navy federal and both have reviewed their refund.

Everyone that was denied for the 5 days advance were only denied because they opted to have there fees to be taken out of there advance. You cannot get approved for the 5 day if your fees are being deducted from your tax return. Even though you were denied Cross River Bank will still send your return to your bank per Turbo tax Rep. I have Credit Karma and I received a email from Turbo tax stating my refund would be deposit in my account on 02/24.

Your transcript is more accurate on the 19th I updated to date of 25th I had my money by noon on 20th I didn’t pay any fees anywhere that was chime bank. I did taxes myself. Wmr did not update til the 21st after I had money already

The 2/26 date should be accurate, it says if not send by March 3 check with your bank.

I filed on the 12th as well. No transcript movement until Feb 21st. It has a as of date of 03/10 but still reads no tax record on file. So I’m assuming by the end of the wkend ill have an update. I know the site will be down on the 23rd for maintenance so hopefully we have some updates coming

That happened to me last year, went to is STILL being. I never had to verify or anything, my as of date changed and I didn’t get my refund until a week later than usual. Hopefully that’s all it is for you!

I filed 2/11, finally updated last night. My as of date went from 3/10 to 3/17. My cycle this year is 09/01. I was 08/05 last year, always different.

If it says mailed by 28 basically means you’ll get it in the mail by Friday the 28th when they mail them direct from irs it usually is only a 3 day turn over other sent yesterday or they will Monday

My transcript updated yesterday with code 846 and DDD of 2/26 but WMR says 3/3. Does anyone have any insight on which one is more accurate?

Also, I paid $25 to Turbo tax to get my refund 5 days early, but I just logged on and there’s a message that says they’re not charging me because they’re not able to expedite the refund. Did anyone else see this message?

If you look at SBTPG where it says amount received by SBTPG, it will have a date on there. For example mine says 2/25 and my DDD is 2/26. SBTPG doesn’t even have the money yet. Just because it shoes funded check the date in the second column that says amount received by SBTPG and I wouldnt expect it earlier than that
