Okay, I’m having a hard time posting here, but I’m going to try one more time. My daughter and I both filed through a 3 party company (similar to Turbo Tax), and the payment was sent to Metabank/EPS, who then declined it and sent it back to the IRS. When I last checked, it said our new deposit date was 4/24, but to the same account (which was wrong). Surprisingly, we both received our payment in the mail today. So anybody in the same boat, check your mail, it’s on the way.
So I just went on the portal, my payment was one that was sent to Metabank that they sent directly back. My new information says deposit date is now 4/24, but it won’t let me update my DD information so it’s going to the SAME account as before. It won’t let me update my information…this is so stupid. Anyone know how to fix this?
