We filed beginning of March. Faxed forms 03/24 and received a confirmation. Today I was told they had not received my fax, but that they probably had it. She made note on our account that I called and could provide the fax transmittal with confirmation. She also stated they wouldn’t start processing the items received during COVID until Aug 1 and our 8 weeks started then. She said if we hadn’t received a letter or refund 8 weeks after Aug 1 to call back. I don’t know what to do at this point.
