Some have said it only updates twice per day but i think it updates throughout the day. People have posted saying they’ve been refreshing it and updates have seemed to be random.

No update here. Filed with TT on 1/31, received and accepted by the IRS on 2/2. “Is being processed” message on wmr for a while now after being at one bar prior to that. Can’t get transcripts online.

Anyone else have nothing on the offset line and still have their refund taken?

So weird! It’s working for me again too.

A message popped up when my husband tried as well. “We are sorry Where’s My refund is currently unavailable. Please Try Where’s My Refund again later.” In red letters at the top of the screen.

That message doesn’t pop up for me now.

You’re welcome! I’ve been checking obsessively too, and can’t get locked out so that makes me check even more. 😜😂

It’s also notorious for being much more accurate and updated faster than Where’s My refund page anyway!

The site is for Turbo Tax filers (not sure about other companies) who have the fee taken out of their refund for e-filing.

Nothing for me yet. (Lost all bar, got “processing” message on 2/15 or so.)
I’ve heard that SBTPG) is pretty accurate and reliable when it comes to updating, and have also heard that it updates twice a day, but I’m not sure how true that is.

Same situation here! Filed with TT on 1/31 and for some reason it didn’t get sent and accepted by the IRS until 2/2. No EIC or ACTC (only CTC). Non-PATHer…

Still on one bar!! So frustrating to think PATHers and people who filed after me are getting returns already and I’m at a standstill. :(

We also have a new daughter (and a six year old, but we’ve obviously filed with her before). I’ve heard that can cause some delays, with a new SSN and all.

Filed 1/30 on TT, accepted by IRS on 2/2. I’m wondering if that means I’m a Weekly. (Can’t check transcripts yet, they’re in mail).

@sharon24 oh no!!! :( Are you positive that it was because of the primary taxpayer switch?
