I have to amend both returns they owe me way more money… I just recieved more forms also I didn’t expect
My bank just informed me that my money is there Tuesday morning… and that they can see the deposit a week in advance bc they have to authorize payment to be sent
I live in Pittsfield MA and my letter came yesterday however I got a DDD the next day after I verified my identity
My amount went from green to black 0.00 balance they issued my check seen it under my refunds.. should be here any day

Right … I’m good with this… they can keep it I make more then that 615 in a week anyways it’s just the point of this verification stuff is ridiculous

I called and I bugged on them like what’s up are you sending my refund or not bc now the pin is not valid and I sent attachments proof I’m me…
You stated it was just now being processed this morning and will take 7-10 days so is it coming or nah..
He said it’s on the way my identity was verified 7-10 days is the latest I’ll receive it

I just recieved a message from masstaxconnect and they stated they reviewed my attachments and I’m now being processed please allow 7-10 days for deposit
At this point I’m done with the state and federal I’m gonna continue to work… and when it comes it comes I’m giving myself a headache trying to prove I’m me..
They sent that message as a reply in my inbox on masstaxconnect
How is it that they sent all these letters out on the 6th and nobody has recieved them…

As for my federal I am still processing… my transcripts are blank.. and after 15th is when I will start checking this because they can’t do anything until after that for me.. EiC and CTC
I also just got a message from masstaxconnect..
They said it takes the 1-2 days to update after you are verified . Then 3-5 days after to deposit refund.

I called IRS and asked for my transcripts to be faxed and I gave them the fax number from the app.
Yes they verified my account with the attachments I sent and stated it takes 48 hrs to update and look out for a message from masstaxconnect
I spoke to a lady young named Noel and she said the fact that I went above and beyond sending the attachments of proof of ID she was going to speak to her supervisor and they said I should be good in 48 hours to watch masstaxconnect for update my identity is now verified…

Good news, I have been waiting for my letter. No letter 7 days… so I sent masstaxconnect a message with attachments OF… ID, birth certificate, ssi card, my insurance card… and I said this is me here is all my information… so I called and said I have no letter … I sent you all a message with all forms of ID proving it’s me… and the supervisor approved my verification.. they said I just be could within 48 hours watch for a message on masstaxconnect…
So if y’all still waiting for that letter … if your comfortable send attachments and call..
No mail today…. I tried to call to speak to a rep all day no luck… why a storm had to come today 🤦🏾♀️

If I don’t have my letter today I’m going to call again and not be so pleasant to these ppl. I mean mine is a measly 600 … last year it was 1200 the year before it was 1500. It gets less and less it’s just the point that only thing that has changed was my bank information. The woman said I wish I could give you the pin to enter on masstaxconnect but I can’t 🤦🏾♀️ I get it I do but 6 days for a letter?

I just got a message from masstaxconnect and they said the date of my letter sent was 2/6/19 and to allow the remainder of the week for it to come in the mail. 🤦🏾♀️ That’s more than 3-5 days
Did anyone receive a letter yet? Mines was mailed on the 6th still didn’t receive it. Also still one bar for my fed with tt 152. It says being processed instead of still being processed. 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️
