@hiloshark Thank you for the correction, you are so right. CHIME is Pacific Time. So it’s not yet 02/24/2022 there yet.
I am just working on a theory here. Chime Bank is Central Time. At the time of this posting it is not 02/24/22 there. So I am just working on a theory that deposits that haven’t been made will start dropping anytime after 1:00AM EST on.
Understanding the PATH ACT Law for EIC or ACTC. If those accepted on 1/24/22 and an as of 2/14/22 , a day before Path lifts and 21 days exactly to when most Americans should receive refunds, meaning ours should have already been processed especially if we are able see our transcripts, then shouldn’t our DD date be 2/15/2022. It shouldn’t matter rather we are weekly or daily. Path Law plainly states no refund issued not processed until the 15th. Does this make sense to anyone else?

(Last year I got my refund in 9 days. F-2/10/21 | PD-3/08/21 | DDD: 2/24/21 / Received 2/19/21).
The 12 Day process is valid, however I believe it only held truer last year because my return was processing after the 2/15 Path Act Date had passed.
