24-Hour Automated Support 1-800-717-7228 I am still gonna check my acct at 12 just to make sure i am still broke lolI called the automated # sbbt just to stalk my $ more :) It says that they received it 2/23 and ‘sent” it on 2/24 sooooo guess I will stop stalking my bank acct will be there tomorrow boo hiss
Sbbt got my $ had fees taken out too. Now stalking my bank account ever 5 mins waiting for $ to hit. Anyone have it hit their bank yet? Checked sbbt @ 7am EST
I just wanted to update in case anyone gets in the same situation as me. SO I just got a letter today that is dated for the 16th from the IRS it says that I miscalculated my income. I am self emp and Paypal sent me 1 1099k for 66k I assumed that was it for that year, I looked recently in my personal paypal which is also a biz but used for personal much to my surprise that there was another 1099k from 2014 for $5992. Not sure why paypal did not combine them very odd. anyway I missed it. My letter states that I miscalculated my 2014 return and I owe $1214. I am pretty sure that is why I had the long hold up. I just not sure ( I called they are closed) If they will take it from this years refund or I pay it later. If you are getting 1099ks make sure you check and recheck.
YAHOO got my DDD 24th here too! Wine sounds good to me my nerves have been shot for the last 16 days. Filed 2/4 accepted same day acct transcript ordered on the 11th. Return transcript on 19th sat at 1 bar until 219th. Today 20th 2 bars DDD 24th will update when it hits the bank. Good luck all thanks to everyone who posted.
For those that cant get return transcript it seems like if u can order an acct 1 that 7 or 8 days later u can get your return one.
@shirley I THINK we will get a DDD of either Wed 24th or Fri 26th fingers crossed!
@anthony from what understand and have read on here usually we would see an update tomorrow and should have a DDD I am thinking our dep will be either Wed 24th or Fri 27th. But I am no expert just have followed everyone elses timeline of when they could order return transcript.
a little positive movement. Filed 2/4 accepted same day. 1 bar wmr since then got acct transcript on 2/11 could not get return transcript until today. Still 1 bar but maybe we will all update this weekend. Wow never will I count on my refund for anything lol last year got it within 7 or 8 days everything updated right away this year has been awful. For now on I am planning on 21 days

@curious george filed 2/4 accepted 2/4 1 bar wmr I did have health insurance the whole year. I had state insurance commonwealth care its similar to medicare. No eic but child tax credit.
ugh same 2/4 filed accepted 1 bar wmr got account transcript on the 10th but still cant get return transcript.
no change here 1 bar wmr no return transcripts anyone get good news?

No they did not tell me anything accept the date they received my return. I called the # that was listed here on the site Fingers crossed we get an update soon! For those that had to do the ID thing did they tell you when u called or u got a letter?

They said the 4th when I filed it and got it accepted. was hoping that is why mine was taking so long. They will tell you if you call when they got your return I dont have any EIC I do have child tax credit ( i have 6 kids) I am self employed but do get 1099s for indep contractor work. I dont know what the problem is did not have any kind of ID issue last year. I think i am a daily update as I think I got my refund on a fri last year.

For those that got a 1095 B if you look at your return can you find the actual place that you put it? I got a 1099 HC from Massachusetts for me and my husband I can see that in my TT return, It did not ask about the kids who I got a 1095-B on I am wondering if that is why no movement at all for my return filed 2/4 accepted same day 1 bar as of today.
Still at 1 bar filed and accepted on 2/4 can get acct transcript but not return. No EIC but I do have the child tax credit this is nuts I know its only 10 days but last year and the year before everything updated on WMR within a few days.
I filed on 2/4 accepted @1130pm on the 4th. Nothing at all going on 1 bar on WMF and it has been stuck at 1 bar since Feb 4th, I dont know wth is going on in the past I had within 8 days of efile. I can get an acct transcript but no return 1 I have been trying to pull up both since last Tues I was able to get the acct 1 still not return 1 :(
No change here :( filed 2/4 accepted same day have had 1 bar on WMR since the 5th starting to freak out I have always had mine by now not even a bit of change yet. Does anyone know if we are ‘weekly” when the next update would be? I am not sure if i am daily or weekly. 2 things concern me I filed last year ( self emp) I thought that paypal would send me one 1099k to my main biz acct i did file that amount of 60k but I noticed when looking for 1099ks this year on my other paypal (personal one)i had missed a 5k 1099k for 2014 maybe that is the problem. Also my maiden name is on 2 of my 1099s not my married maybe that is a prob?
I called to see when they received mine she said 2/4 same as when I filed. No new info
still 1 bar on WMR filed 2/4 accepted 11.30 PM est on TT. Could order account transcript today but not return transcript.

How did you all find out that they said they accepted on the 8th not the 4th? I also had filed 2/4 got a TT email @ 11.25 that the IRS accepted my return. It said on WMR on the 5th that it was processing etc. No movement at all since then.
filed and accepted 2/4 efiled on TT one bar on WMR and can’t order any transcripts. I did get my Mass state refund on 2/10
