I filed 2/3 accepted 2/3 received the 4464c letter 2/14. WMR says STILL processing. I’ve called twice. Both times they’ve said there’s nothing I need to do. The second time I specifically asked if I need to ID verify…. Nope. I was finally able to access my transcripts online yesterday. They had a processing date of 3/9/2020 and have a 570 additional account action pending 3/9/2020 code at the bottom. They have not changed this morning.

Looks like I’m still waiting since WMR says STILL processing (I can’t access transcripts online yet, I did break down and ask to be sent the code a few days ago) and from what I’m seeing most who have an update of their transcripts have lost the still. I’ve talked to the IRS twice and both times they have said there isn’t anything I need to do except wait until April 14th, no ID verification or anything, this is so frustrating!

WMR did not update for me. I’m hoping that means at this point I’m just waiting for when they deem it necessary to give me my refund. Monday I’ll call an advocate and see if they can help me, this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue.

So I can’t access my transcripts online, but I did order them last Friday. They came in the mail today and they’re filled out they have my refund amount and everything. I’m crossing my fingers maybe that means where’s my refund will update tomorrow. The first time I tried to order my transcripts when they came in it just said no record of return found when actually I had done my taxes two weeks before I tried to order them and then I had gotten the 60-day review letter.
