Oooh happy to see NYS is acting a fool again with its further review nonsense.
Cool so now nys is saying they have no information on my return when it was processing this morning.
Well my further review message is gone. Changed sometime from this am until now. Oye…NYS needs to get it together

I called and was told absolutely nothing is wrong with my return and they don’t know what’s going on other than it’s not processed yet. Even the tax people don’t know why it’s telling my my amount doesn’t match. Guess it’s just a waiting game

Ree…I just got off the phone with BOA—they said they are posting as they are receiving but the will be releasing funds until tomorrow—I have literally only seen 2 people post for BOA today

I was told BOA is overwhelmed with deposits in their queue and we going to start releasing today. I am not banking on it but that’s what I was told.

I have heard that BOA doesnt deposit early, the lady at the bank said they are depositing as they get them and the customer service line says they havent received anything from the IRS, I am just getting a little leery. Is there any way you can check with the Routing number 021000322? Thanks dear.
518-457-5181–press option for not being transferred by another agency—do not push the button that states refund status—push the option for additional questions or whatever. I havent called in a little bit so I cannot remember the exact process

Hey if anyone would know this it would be you. I have a DDD for NYS and my fed. The lady at Bank of America said they deposit as soon as they get it and do not hold it. But I think she’s lying. Got any insight?

Kiwki–it makes sense that they are backed up because of their computer issues and the holiday. But jesus get moving…people who filed after most of us are seeing DDD while we cant even get an update.
Ugh still processing….Filed 1/27 accepted 1/28…immediately went to further processing…couldnt check for days…then as of 2/5 just processing….I told you I moving to Alaska no state taxes and they pay you to live there.
The guy on the phone said nys updates every day. Don’t know how true that is. But I guess they could be a day behind because of the holiday yesterday. Maybe we will see an update tomorrow

NYS makes zero sense. I call and they tell me nothings wrong its just backed up. But people who just filed are getting returns. like its the same damn return I have filed for 5 years. Lets go already
So the lady at my bank (BOA) said refunds are starting to trickle in. I dont have a DDD date but she said the IRS sends the funds before transcripts and WMR update so that the bank actually has it on the DDD. Is that true?

I called this AM. I didnt ask questions about my actual return but just general and the dude was so nice and seemed like I was a breath of fresh air. He said they are behind.. With the computers being down for days and then the holiday. He said we should start seeing updates today if all is well with our returns.
I have given up on NYS but good luck to everyone else :)

I literally had the busiest weekend, I feel like I never stopped to breathe. Kinda glad though. It made time fly by.

lol. I keep whatever I got from my personal withholdings and everything that I get because of him goes into a savings account. I give him a little of it but he saves the rest. Kids got his life together more than myself and most adults I know
