Error status 2/3 but no one could tell us why
Bars and TT went away 2/22
Finally on 3/4 they told us to fax 1095 and 8962
Sent on 3/5 (got a confirmation fax)
Transcripts still say N/a
We filed TWO months ago
Husband got laid off. Can’t get through to the IRS now to even ask what’s the deal.
Filed unemployment but they want him to call to verify his ID. Obviously we can’t get through on those lines either and have tried for days.
TT wants to take fees for their services, can’t get through on their lines either.
No idea what will happen with our stimulus check because we did the turbo card this year (although we haven’t gotten our refund and no idea what’s happening with our taxes). I’m so frustrated. They are making this SO HARD to do anything. I feel hopeless.

I fewl were sol as well i filed jan still waiting and not being able to do anything about it makes it even more frustrating, i dont understand how they can use our taxes to send us a stimulus but cant send our refunds
