I’m pretty much a lurker, but I’ve been a member since 2012. I rarely post but This year the IRS is BONKERS. TOO much chatter on the main screen, we need a spot where we can find info QUICKLY. PLEASE POST YOUR INFO HERE!!!
The transcript theory has proven true but somewhat different this year. Prior years once you could access your acct. you updated with a DDD the next day. This year you need both seems like. Please update the rest of us once you are approved and/or able to order both trannys.
Acct. tranny avail 1/29 morning
Called… lady said I was resequenced for some reason also told me in their system (said she’d never seen this before put me on hold and told me i was accepted 1/20) the morning after is when I was able to request my acct tranny.So far everyone I’ve seen post yesterday with both trannys posted today saying they updated to a DDD.
PLEASE POST YOUR INFO W/ FILING DATE, SOFTWARE USED, DATE ACCEPTED, DATE ABLE TO ORDER ACCT AND/OR RETURN TRANNY, DATE WMR UPDATED, DDD DATE.

i’m having fee taken out at sbbt so i’ll check their site on monday or Tuesday to see if they received it yet.
I have an amex serve card and the dd early soo I hope its before Wednesday. -

I filed 19th through Liberty Tax, accepted the 20th. Couldn’t order return transcripts at around 6:30am yesterday, was able to order my return transcripts at 8am. Never tried the account one. Woke up to 2 bars, and DDD 2/3. I have Netspend as well. -

Was finally able to order both my transcripts yesterday but still only had one bar.
Last night at midnight my bar went away and at 4:30am I checked again and it said approved and I will receive my DD by 2/3Question: Anyone that uses netspend- how much earlier than your DDD do you usually get your refund? I’ve heard in people get it 2 days before? How true is that?

WMR FINALLY updated this morning (1/30) with a DDD of 2/3! -
Was able to retrieve both transcripts 1/29, but woke up to a wmr update 1/30 saying the IRS needs additional info to process my return and they will be sending me a notice in the mail. Now my anxiety has hit the roof because I can’t afford to wait for them to take their sweet time to approve my refund. I know all info was correct on tax return so this is gonna drive me nuts until resolved…. ?

Filed and accepted 1/22 only one bar until last nights update now 2 bars and a ddd of 2/3 . Also I was able to order transcripts last night.

Oops forgot to put I was able to order both trans yesterday about a hour apart account first then about a hour later return snd I had a new address hope this helps
