      I have Jackson Hewitt serve, used JH to file my taxes for 2019 and I still have not received the money. Extremely frustrated as everyone around me has and I have bills to pay.

      I am worried because I activated the card they sent me in the mail that it has a different routing/account number than the one the IRS sent my refund to. Very frustrated
